Where to buy small electronic parts? resistirs, transistors, etc?
I have a python security module for my car, and it has a couple of fried circuits in it, I can repair it, but there are a few small parts that need to be replaced, it is a small, half round thing with 3 prongs less than a square centimeter (sorry) with a flat spot that reads c9012 H-550 I need a couple of those, where can you buy those electronic parts? radioshack? Thanks for any help.

You won't be able to get one of those. They are proprietary and not available to anyone except the manufacture who spec's them out.
I was also unable to find a spec on it but it is listed as a thyristor.
Radio Shack and you can order whatever part it is you need and they will get it for you.
Radioshack, Best Buy, or more likely a store that sells car audio devices and car alarms.
Radio shack
radio shack u got questions weve got answers
Radio shack has just about anything you will need for small electronics, if they don't have it they can order it for you
In the city where I live (Toronto) there are numerous electronic parts suppliers such as Electro-Sonic, Active Components, and Sayal Electronics. All of these suppliers have websites, & one or more of them may have a distribution branch near where you live, including the USA.
I have noticed that others have replied referencing Radio Shack. Although Radio Shack was a good source for components like the ones you seek in the past, my more recent experience has caused me to learn that they are not nearly as interested in selling small electronic components to the public as they used to be. You may be able to order parts in through one of their stores, but the cost of doing it through them will probably exceed the total replacement cost of the fried security module that you want to repair.
Failing that, I would look in the Yellow Pages under Electronic Component Suppliers Wholesale.
Radio Shack is your likely best bet in your area. If you live in a large city, check your yellow pages for other stores that deal in Electronic Parts. Although they usually sell to other businesses, they're also open to the public and would have more inventory than Radio Shack.
Failing that, as broadcast engineer for 30 years, I've always kept a catalog for Newark Electronics, a mail order warehouse that has just about every electronic part imaginable.

I use my trusty Mouser catalog for everything like that. It's mail-order, but they'll have just about everything, and a much better selection and better prices than Radio Shack. And the catalogs can be ordered free from their website, or you can order there.
Radio Shack is good, but you can also go through lot or surplus distributors like Newark.com or AllElectronics.com
Sometimes they have the cheapest items
Or you can try this manufacturer of that transistor:
