How do I put in words , what I did for my previous employer ?

I worked for my uncle from 99 till 2000 in his electronic shop . It wasn't a great job , but I needed the money .

But now I am trying to apply for a better job , so I can take care of my family
But i'm stuck on how to write this following in such a way that will get me an interview .

this is what I did there in his shop , i dn't remember the title . What do you think I should write as a tite?

I used multi – meters , digital oscilloscope and function generator to test digital and analog circuit . I also used a DVM ( Digital Volt Meter ) . I also know how to use a spectrum analyzers. Also routinely used common software applications such as MS Word and MS Excel MS Power Point to produce reports and graphs that was required.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical, optical and electrical specifications using drawings and manuals
