You are asking for quite a bit of work to be done for you. What part of this don't you understand? It is a rather simple thing to do, if you take it step by step. How detailed does the description need to be?
Simplest:
U1a is an amplifier
U1b is a lowpass filter
U4 is a comparator that blinks an LED on each heartbeat
U5 is a headphone amplifier
if you have done lot of electronics, you will understand each segment of this schematic. electronics is developed from simple to advanced so the performance is good for use. but the lessions in electronics today at schools are very poor. they talk too much about theory and how to calculate but what about real life experience and give them at least a job next to the studies. poor school systems
