How to design a small PCB to convert 230VAC to 24VDC?

I need to design a small PCB to convert 230V AC to 24V DC, what are the main electronic components to be used? if possible provide me the circuit diagram my email is devanand_b_k@yahoo.co.in

Step-down transformer to provide a peak secondary voltage of 24 volts plus rectifier loss.
Rectifiers, from 1 to 6 depending on your choice for ripple and power supply impedance.
Out put capacitance to smooth the resultant 24 volt output.
Bleeder resistance across the capacitance to discharge it when the supply is off.
Connectors, pins etc.
