Is clear flux solder ok to use to solder onto a lcd tv circuit board?

I want to make sure that this 60/40 clear flux solder from radioshack (.063") won’t damage my tv. I need to replace a capacitor on my 37" lcd magnavox. Would rosin core be better?

I prefer rosin core 60/40 because it works. A brush dipped in acetone gets rid of all traces of flux, and a light spray with clear circuit board lacquer restores the board like new.
Rosin core is the cheap way to go for people who don’t know what they are doing. It pops and splatters and generally makes a mess. The 60/40 is the clean way to go. Be careful with the capacitor, sometimes they bite!
