I need a simple remote control circuit just for turning on and off a LED. In fact, I have searched for appropriate ICs but since I am new in electronic circuit design, I only found some 5-functions transmitter and receiver ICs. So, can anyone give me some directions?

I want to diy an electronic expriment. It's about number keyboard and seven segment. If you press '0~9' or '.' ,it will show number or '.' on the seven segment, and pressng * will clear the seven segment. Now, I don't know how to design the circuit diagram, please help me.
What i want to do is not using computer, but on electronic board, which often used on experiment.

I am trying to find somebody that knows how to make circuit board and has the tools to actually make one.I have an idea for what could turn out to be a very big business venture.I am not asking for any money only the chance to work with somebody on this idea.There isn't anything like what I'm thinking of on the market and i know from round about questioning people that there is an intrest I would even venture to say 50 out of 50 people said they would be interested if they could get this thihng i am talking about.Idon't have any money to go to a company and have them put together something that i would be willing to work an and share any if any profit it might make.If any body knows af somebody interested please let me know where I might go to find people that might be.
